早起的鳥兒有蟲吃，好險我不是鳥，不然就要吃蟲了，更好的是，今天不用早起，又有好吃的午餐吃，大家午餐有吃飽嗎？吃了些什麼好料呢？

我知道我表演很怕熱，很容易流汗，所以我每次都會提醒技師要準備電風扇，不過今天這台也太大台了吧？！
I know I'm afraid of the heat when I'm performing & (I) sweat easily, so I always remind the technician to prepare an electronic fan (for me), but isn't the fan (they provided) today a little too big?!
