t/n: It's common for fans in Taiwan to name themselves as X控, to show that they're a fan of someone. Hence, Goo's fans will call themselves "鼓控". You can also think of it as "stan". The "soy braised meat" part comes from Goo doing a wordplay on the usage of the word "控".
