In order to cope with the strong winds during (our) performance in the evening later on, I used about half a can of hairspray to fight the enemy (i.e. the wind), so hopefully (my) strategy will be successful then! (To) guard my forehead!

Accidentally overheard this conversation between two primary (elementary) school students just now:
A: Aye! You laugh (at jokes) really easily
(lit. Your laughing point* is really low)
B: You're the one who laughs (at jokes) very easily (lit. You're the one whose laughing point* is low)
A: Your laughing point is so low that there's only 1cm (left on the measure)
B: Your laughing point isn't even 1cm! It's half a cm!
A: Your laughing point is only a quarter (lit. half of a half) of a cm!
B: Alright! You'd better remember (that you said this)!
A: I've already taken it down!

I think this is what they call a "generation gap" right⋯
Goodnight⋯

t/n: *笑點 literally means "laughing point", i.e. the point at which you'll start laughing. So, when you say that someone's laughing point is "low" (笑點低), it means that the person laughs easily at things
