Don't underestimate yourself:
Don't underestimate yourself. You (may) think that you're insignificant to this world, that an ordinary (person like) you would be inconspicuous. (You) might be thinking that you don't have any talents and wouldn't excel at anything, that you're worse than everyone in everything. And (as you continue with) all these comparisons, you'll even (start to) pity your own height & weight in the end. So whenever you have thoughts like these⋯ Listen to me: Don't underestimate yourself.

(I) went to a 7-11 just now purely (because I) wanted to drink a cup of chocolate milk. (I) recognised the night shift worker (there) as the one who works at another 7-11 which I often (frequent to) collect my parcels
(lit. books) from Books (a webstore). These two stores are pretty far apart. He looked extremely fatigued and was even expressionless, (his expression) remaining the same even when I'd walked in front of him. I smiled at him & said: "Hey! Aren't you the night shift worker from blah blah outlet, why are you here?" His expression changed suddenly to reveal a very warm smile, saying: "How did you know, it's been ages." Me: "Don't I go there frequently to collect (my) parcels? It's been hard on you! Jiayou, see you next time. Bye bye." He said bye-bye too.

That's right. The same routine every single day might cause you (to feel) suffocated. But who knows, there might be some night owl
(lit. night cat) or someone who's knocked off work in the middle of the night who sees a familiar night shift worker when they step into 7-11 & are able to have a quick chat (to help them) relax? Don't underestimate yourself.
You might become a stranger's (pillar of) support unknowingly.
Goodnight.
