Highlights from MP’s Hit FM Guest DJ spot 15/02/05

So, for those of you who have been wondering what's going on with the blog.. Well, you see, the two of us here are both in our last semester at university and it's been hard juggling our studies with running the blog. As such, we can't translate as many things as we used to :(
Do like our Facebook page though! We share posts that feature MP on our page & we translate most of them! :)

Anyway, how many of you caught MP's 2-day stint as guest DJs on Hit FM? If you didn't, you can watch Day 2 here and here (there were 2 cameras). (There are currently no recordings of Day 1)

We don't have the time to translate the entire session, but click through the cut for some highlights from their Day 2 guest DJ session! (Highly recommended especially for European & US MPFs)



- Leibao mentioned he was university-mates with HUSH, the lead singer of the band hush!. They entered university at the same time and both joined the school’s Popular Music Society.

- Gaga made a wish saying that he would like to see Kaikai dancing to Jolin Tsai’s “Play” at the Kaohsiung Arena, with Tingting & Leibao agreeing excitedly. Who knows? It may come true! ;)

- MP said that their new album, i.e. their English album, will be slightly different from their usual albums - it’ll be special in that one part of it will be completely new songs that are written in English, the other part will be previously-released songs re-recorded with English lyrics

- MP will be working with famous American producers on the new album and will also be going to America to record these songs, so to all you American MPFs (that’s majority of our readers ♥), get ready cause MP’ll be heading there for recording sessions! (MP has previously mentioned that they plan to release the English album by July, so, they’ll probably go to the States before then!)

- Look out world! MP’s coming for you! Following 2014’s Summer Sonic in Japan, MP mentioned that they'll be participating in various English music festivals this year, highlighting France as one of the countries they’ll be heading to. So, French MPFs (or even European MPFs), look out for this chance to catch MP LIVE in concert!!! ♥

- Also, there’ll be a concert on 3/28 at the Taipei Arena where MP will be performing alongside many famous international artistes. (They’ve mentioned the existence of this concert during their KKBOX Q&A Event before & also apparently during their recording for the Chinese New Year ShowBiz Live special)

- Leibao’s Baobao & Kaikai’s Pipi were both adopted animals~ So, MP says that if you want a pet, make sure to adopt one instead of buying one! ♥
