鼓：如果你還在想600塊的年菜會有什麼內容？
讓我來告訴你：有好多豐盛的燒賣拼盤，有魚有肉有菜有湯，超重整整一大袋的年菜我可能要分三四次才吃得完老爺爺老奶奶們應該可以吃整個過年。還會有加厚的毛帽毛襪正是獨居老人家最需要的，老人家感冒真的很危險。還有我親手摸過那件厚厚的毯子，質料很柔軟不會刺肉又輕。當然最重要的是每個有愛的你無價的溫暖。

你現在只要想像這些獨居的老爺爺老奶奶戴著毛帽披著毯子踩著厚襪子，坐在簡陋的木板床上，雙手捧著熱呼呼的年菜，喝下一口熱湯後，臉頰暖的發紅。一年有這麼一個時間能過的特別幸福，600塊的小小捐助真的很有意義。

當然除了最簡單也最容易做到的愛心捐款外，其實爺爺奶奶最需要的還是大家關心，華山基金會在台灣各地都有很多據點，會召集有時間有心力的志工人員幫忙照顧附近需要幫忙的獨居老人。可以上網查詢離自己家最近的愛心站。

所以。即便不能捐款你能做的事還有好多喲！千萬別小看自己，你小小一個舉動可是有改變社會的力量喔。
我們一起讓台灣再多點溫暖吧。

Goo: Are you still wondering what the 600NTD reunion dinner consists of?
Let me tell you: A sumptuous pork dumplings platter, there's fish, meat, vegetables & soup. It's a super big & heavy bag (filled with groceries) for the reunion dinner - I would have to split them into three or four meals to finish them off, so it should last the grandpas & grandmas for the entire New Year (celebrations). In addition, there are also thickened woollen hats & socks which are what the elderly need the most, (as) it's really dangerous when the elderly catch a cold. I've personally touched those thick blankets before, the material's really soft, not prickly and is very light. Of course, the most important (part of the meal) is the priceless warmth from everyone.

You just have to imagine these elderly folk who live alone wearing the woollen hats, using the blankets & wearing the thick socks, sitting on a simple wooden bed, clasping the piping hot reunion dinner food in their hands, their cheeks turning red from the warmth of drinking a mouthful of hot soup. (For them) to be able to be especially blissful once a year, a small donation of 600NTD is really meaningful.

Of course, other than donations - the simplest & easiest ways of showing love, these elderly actually need the care and concern from everyone the most. Huashan Social Welfare Foundation has a lot of branches all over Taiwan & will be gathering volunteers who have time and passion to help the elderly who live alone in their neighbourhood. (You) can search online for the nearest "care area" to (your) home.

As such. Even if (you) can't donate, there're still many things that you can do! Don't belittle yourself. One small action from you has the ability to change society.
Let us make Taiwan a (place filled with) even more warmth.
